Information you share with us

Seller applications collect business and representative details, selling preferences, payout account holder name, bank account country, preferred currency, and packaging preferences for review. Bank account and routing numbers are not collected through the application. Secure payout setup will be separate after approval. Contact, wholesale, order, safety document, recall, and accessibility requests collect the information you provide so KoiBrix can respond. Newsletter signup records your email and consent.

Customer accounts use your email and sign-in credentials to create and verify your account and support password recovery. Submitted information and account authentication are processed through Supabase. Resend delivers account and welcome emails; hosting and site analytics are provided through Vercel.

Please do not include passwords, verification codes, payment card details, medical records, or other confidential documents in a general support request. For safety questions, product, label, and order information is usually enough.

Saved delivery addresses

Signed-in customers can save one default shipping address to their account for future checkout. This stores the recipient name, delivery email, street and optional unit, city, state, and ZIP code in Supabase. Customers can update the address from their account or choose to save it during checkout. Unsaved checkout details stay on the current page.

Online payment and saved cards are not connected yet. KoiBrix does not store full card numbers or security codes.
