From delivery to your table
Check packaging on arrival and follow the product label’s storage and preparation instructions. Keep raw foods separate from ready-to-eat foods, wash hands and food preparation surfaces, and use appropriate cooking temperatures.
FDA guidance recommends keeping refrigerators at or below 40°F (4°C) and freezers at 0°F (−18°C). Refrigerate or freeze perishable purchases promptly. Do not taste a product to decide whether it is safe.
If food arrives damaged, spoiled, or with a concern about temperature, stop using it and report the concern. Include the product name, seller, lot or batch number, date received, and your order reference. Email package and product photos to hello@koibrix.com.

Read the current package’s ingredient list, allergen statement, and preparation directions. Recipes and labels can change. If online information is missing or unclear, ask the seller or manufacturer before consuming the product.
The nine major U.S. food allergens are milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame. Products may contain other ingredients you need to avoid, and shared facilities can present cross-contact concerns.
A Safety Data Sheet does not replace an ingredient list or allergen label. For an ingredient or allergen question, contact KoiBrix with the exact product and brand.

An SDS explains a chemical product’s hazards, handling, storage, and protective measures. It is most relevant to hazardous chemical products, such as certain cleaners or maintenance supplies. Many ordinary grocery products use food labeling and handling instructions instead.

Include the brand, manufacturer, product size, and any document revision you already have in your request. Use the document for the exact product and check its revision date. Follow the manufacturer’s warnings and intended use.
