Protect your account

Choose a unique password and keep it private. Enter verification codes only on the KoiBrix account page when you have requested a code. KoiBrix support does not need your password or verification code.

If you think your password has been exposed, use password recovery. Do not send payment card details through email or the general contact form.

Suspicious emails, links, or recall messages

Be cautious about messages asking for passwords, codes, or an unexpected payment. Open KoiBrix from your saved website address rather than following an unfamiliar link. For recall claims, compare the message with the official recall sources.

Email the message description, sender address, and a screenshot with private information removed to hello@koibrix.com. Do not forward live sign-in codes or sensitive attachments.

Report a website security issue

Use our security contact to describe the affected page and the issue without including other people’s data, credentials, or destructive steps. Please allow us to review your report privately. A report does not authorize access to another person’s account or data.
